Hybrid Coaching – The Best of Both Worlds

Want the flexibility of online coaching and the focus of in-person training? This is for you.

Hybrid Coaching combines all the personalisation, support, and accountability of my online coaching with a weekly 1-1 session in the gym. It’s ideal if you want someone in your corner helping you lift, move, and progress — not just plan.

We’ll work together to build strength, improve endurance, and reach your goals — both online and face to face.

What’s included:

  • Everything in the Online Coaching package, including:

    • Deep-dive goal setting session

    • Custom training and nutrition plan

    • Ongoing plan updates

    • Contact via app, WhatsApp, Messenger or phone

    • Check-ins when you need them

  • PLUS: One in-person training session with me each week to:

    • Nail technique and movement

    • Push performance and intensity

    • Build confidence with support in real time

This is ideal for anyone who wants the freedom of training on their own with the reassurance of weekly, face-to-face coaching and guidance.

1-1 Personal Training – In-Person, In Your Corner

If you prefer to train in person, with someone guiding, supporting, and pushing you every step of the way — this is the option for you.

These fully in-person sessions are ideal if you want hands-on coaching, accountability, and real-time feedback to make the most of every session.

Whether you’re brand new to the gym or want to take your training up a level, we’ll build your confidence and get results — together.

Each session includes:

  • Coaching on form, technique, and progression

  • A training plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle

  • Nutritional guidance and support as needed

  • Motivation and accountability to keep you on track

  • A friendly, supportive space — no judgment, no pressure
